Heart Pounding
Arms Stroking
Legs Kicking
Blood Pumping
Fingers Gliding throw the water
instructor yelling Kick Kick Kick!!
Eyes Locked on the end
Arms splashing
Legs pounding on the water
123 Breath 123 Breath 123 Breath
and that's swimming.
